Colleen, my fave is 'St. Jude Fishing Vessel' tuna. Sold at Larry's. It is like a tuna steak in a can...the jalapeno flavor is my fave.
/sk, Cajin, my vote goes to the Hickory Smoked foil packs. I have them in my briefcase and glove compartments of all my cars with plastic forks.
I also carry them into restaurants, order up a large garden salad and dump the fish on. Drizzle oil and vinegar and voila, lunch for 6 bucks.
At home, a can with 1-2T Canola mayo and Thai Chili paste or La Yu Chili Oil.
I like mine hot.
