Thick 1.5-inch handles located at the ends of the 24-inch yoke of the Max Back inspire hard work. And with hard work expect big gains. Attach this heavy duty, high-intensity, light-weight tubular steel bar to the low row or overhead cable for intriguing variations in your back-building workouts.
