Nitro Max consists of the Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) -- The Big Three amino acids, plus L-Glutamine, L-Alanine, L-Ornithine, Taurine, Chromium and Vitamin B-6, which are most essential in muscle repair. As free-form amino acids, these are quickly absorbed by the system without liver metabolism. Take a good dose of the BCAAs immediately after each workout to assure tissue repair.
