Adding creatine to your system works fastest if taken heavily for the first 3-4 days (10 or more grams), and then tapering to around 5 grams per day, half before and half after exercise. Dave Anabol Naturals Creapure creatine is made to U.S. Pharmacopeia quality, purity and potency standards. Made in Germany. 1/2 level teaspoon of the powder or 5 capsules contains 2500 mg of creatine monohydrate. Suggested use: 1/2 to 1 tsp or 5 capsules before and after exercise. Can also be "loaded" during the initial phase of use as Dave describes above, however it's not necessary for effectiveness -- loading just makes it work a couple of weeks faster.
