Top physique photographer Mike Neveux took this shot, surrounded by the Southern California bodybuilding scene, Dave at age 47. When comparing these two photos (click to view), Dave writes: "Yesterday and today, muscle size, shape and density are the qualities we strive for as bodybuilders. These photos 23 years apart show an interesting comparison and bring the dimension of time and age into the picture. Though there's only a 3-5 pound difference in bodyweight, the increase in muscle density is clearly evident. This increase in muscularity and reduction of bodyfat results in loss of overall size. After 25 more years of training, my body had become more compact and dense, leaner, yet sacrificing fullness of muscle. This is a high-quality photo-lab print, 8" x 10" black and white photograph, which Dave will autograph and/or personalize this upon request. You'll be given that option on the following screen.
