That Age Thing
I am in my 50s and I need talk to about this age thing — and all my aches and pains…hope to hear from you with your great wisdom.
I’ll tell ya, the more I practice the ‘age thing” the worse I get at it… it didn’t hit with fury till i was 64… then I learned to exert the muscle intensely using less weight, to eliminate the risky movements and – by feel and focus – modify the remainders.
I train less according to a weekly routine and more like when I need to, working what needs to be worked.
