Twice a week recovery
I noticed in one of your newsletters that you are working out two days a week now instead of three. A friend of mine has been working out two days a week for 30 years and says it helps him a lot with his recovery. How it going for you?
Sufficient, since I’m unwilling to temper my set-by-set, rep-by-rep training intensity to allow a three or four day-a-week routine, which might be more sensible.
We rock on, rolling when we must.
