Age and time… again

I am and old geezer, 68, and I currently do your two-day-a-week program because my recovery time sucks! In the ’70s, I worked out 6 days, then 5,4,3,2. What’s next? Maybe I don’t want to know! Is there anything to pump me up? I take Bomber Blend, multi-vitamins, fish oil, Ageless Growth, creatine, ZMA for recovery. My body fat is 18 to 20—is it realistic to get into single digit numbers again ? I’m 5’10″ @ 192.

We’re fighting the same battles — age, time, training efficiency, recuperation, muscularity and power — with the same supplemental ingredients and the same “never let go” attitude. We’re both candidates for hormonal replacement therapy (HRT). You might ask your doc for advice on this one… I do the best I can, stressing, seeking, searching and struggling everyday. Good weight… forget single digits… not healthy, no pump, no reserve, no strength, no resistance… just bones…
