Exercising with poor balance

Do you have any exercises for one who has c.o.p.d. and virtigo? I can’t do squats anymore or the bench press because of my lack of balance.

You are the exact candidate for quality exercise machines. They provide guidance, balance and stability and full range of motion. A good gym has one for every body part.

There are pushups and dips for pressing and sissy squats, un-weighted full squats and one-leg squats while holding onto a suitable support for stability.

Try standing one-arm pressing while the free arm stabilizes you — improvise with a flat and incline bench for various degrees of muscle-development.
