Giving it My All

I know you have mentioned many times the madness of trying to accomplish the things we did years ago. It’s nuts. I do it anyway…  gonna pay the price. It  does not matter. When you’re depressed & having an anxiety attack, you don’t worry about physical pain…   

Train hard, eat right, be smart, and extend your workout life… Don’t beat yourself up, hurt yourself or punish yourself… You’ll damage the most useful tool you have to fight the good fight… your body, your system of sinew, your mound of muscle, the brawn beneath your brain…

To heck with the <heavy> weights; they’re  a mirage. Seek intense muscle force and cunning, tailor-made grooves through gutsy focus and keen attention…

Depressing is not being able to train madly and wisely…
