Thinking of giving up
Each month that goes by it seems I gain another ache, another pain that I have to compensate for or work through. Could you write a new book about this? I’m thinking of switching to a walking program.
I’m with you. There’s a bunch of us out there and we’re on the verge of becoming a mob. Encouragement is the great motivator and elixir.
Within almost every newsletter, I try to include ample insight into the aging process as I experience it without being negative, dull or wrecking my image. Tottering old men do not inspire. Besides, the book you suggest would be short, barely a pamphlet.
The fact is I press on, warm up, wrap here and there, re-groove to move, wince and bear it, submit when I absolutely must, seek more while I expect less, take extra fish oil and thoughtfully review HRT.
God’s speed (and mercy)… Dave
