Muscle size differences

I’ve noticed a worsening imbalance between my left biceps and my right. How do I fix that?

If I were you, I’d ignore the condition and continue to train with confidence and vigor.  Be aware, but don’t scrutinize yourself too closely — disappointing, defeating, bad habit.

If the irregularity appears serious and debilitating, ask your doctor what he suggests. It might be of a neurological origin. But then, it might be the mirror.

Weight training and musclebuilding is full of obstacles and trials. They teach, test perseverance and cause you to wonder and pursue and grow.
