Muscles after 40

I just turned 40. Is it too late too really put on any kind of muscle and get actual washboard abs, or am I just kidding myself?

Depends on the 40-year-old — with a good start and good health, chemistry, metabolism and genetics the possibilities are good. Train hard, eat right, be positive and persist. The pursuit is worthy.

Forget the frills and fancy stuff. Get into the iron, the weights, the workouts, the groove, the satisfaction, the healthy and righteous journey. Be strong and courageous and disciplined and joyful. Fix problems, de-stress, discover your self regularly and build some muscle while you’re at it.

Lift, live, learn and grow in all ways… Godspeed… DD
